Yoga Instructor for Kids March 2020
Self-employed, Toronto, Ontario

I have developed a new yoga for kids program and ran a series of classes for a small group of 6-year-old kids. I was responsible for marketing the yoga program, planning the activities, purchasing all the materials, and facilitating the sessions. I used storytelling and play techniques to incorporate a variety of yoga postures and relaxation time for all the kids to enjoy and gain the benefits of yoga practice.
